Glam Fam Rewards is a free loyalty program where members can earn points through purchases and other listed activities, follow progress toward a tier, and redeem eligible rewards when they have the required points and tier.

Shopping earns 1 point per dollar spent, multiplied by the member's tier bonus. The program also lists 25 points for a product review, 100 points for referring a friend, 75 points for the birthday bonus, 50 points for a first purchase, and 10 points for a social share.

The tier path shown in the program is Petal, Blossom, Rose, and Diamond. A member dashboard shows available points, total points earned, progress toward the next tier, and the benefits associated with the current tier.

Rewards in the catalog show their point cost and any minimum tier. A member can redeem a reward when the account has enough points and meets that reward's tier requirement; the page keeps the redeem action tied to the current account status.
