Why grass-fed beef tallow for skincare?

Grass-fed beef tallow is rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), has a fatty acid profile nearly identical to human sebum, and absorbs without sitting on top of the skin. It has been used in traditional skincare for hundreds of years.

Is tallow skincare safe during pregnancy?

Our unscented Gentle Clean line uses only food-grade ingredients and is widely used during pregnancy on the belly and stretch-prone areas. As always, check with your provider for your specific situation.

Does tallow skincare smell like beef?

No. Properly rendered grass-fed tallow is essentially odorless. When we add fragrance oils for our scented products, you smell the fragrance — not the tallow.

Where does your tallow come from?

We source 100% grass-fed beef tallow from US ranches and render it ourselves in small batches to preserve the natural vitamin content.
